The Tulane Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property (JTIP) is now accepting submissions for Volume 25, which will be published in Spring 2023. JTIP accepts submissions from Scholastica and through direct email at jtiparticles@gmail.com. Both articles (15,000-30,000 words) and essays (~5,000 words) may be submitted for consideration.
JTIP is a student-edited, subscription-based scholarly publication of Tulane University Law School. JTIP examines legal issues in technology and intellectual property law, including topics related to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, antitrust, information privacy, constitutional law, contracts, torts, and all other policy implications of law and technology in our society. The editorial board is also highly interested in submissions related to emerging issues in data privacy and cybersecurity.
