The National Society of Black Engineers' newly founded publication, the Journal of Black Excellence in Engineering, Science, and Technology (BEST), is seeking papers for its Vol. II edition!

Rolling submissions are now open with the Scholastica site being updated with content. 

The website will include:

· Vol. 1 manuscripts (Late October/Early November)

· Black STEM community stories

· TRE poster highlights (uploaded from regions and Annual Convention)

· Member research highlights


We are actively seeking the following types of papers:

· Scientific and technical papers that offer innovative solutions specifically tailored to benefit Black communities.

· Key technical areas of expertise for Black engineering professionals to thrive and excel in the industry.

· In-depth investigations into the systemic and institutional barriers that hinder the progress of Black engineering communities, including students, faculty, and industry professionals.

· Research and evaluations focused on promoting diversity and inclusivity in engineering and other STEM fields.

· Exciting opportunities and effective strategies to cultivate K-12 Black STEM pathways and foster future talent.
