Founded in 1986, The Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation (JELL) has a rich history of publishing cutting edge and groundbreaking work in all aspects of environmental and natural resources law and litigation.  As a top ranked environmental law journal, it is our goal to publish high quality legal scholarship that will guide legal practitioners, scholars, students, and government officials and better expand knowledge within the field.

Volume 33 does not maintain a position on any issue, and JELL welcomes manuscripts from all points of view.

Guidelines for submission and publication can be found on our website: http://law.uoregon.edu/explore/JELL-submit.

If you have any questions, please email Emily Hajarizadeh, Articles Editor, at ehajari3@uoregon.edu.

Thank you, and JELL looks forward to reviewing your submissions!
