The team at the Journal of the Australian and New Zealand Student Services Association (JANZSSA) are excited to announce the release of our latest issue, featuring the vibrant, contemporary voices of researchers and practitioners who share a passion for student services.

With universities now rethinking their approaches to student support and services, student-centred design is now more important than ever. Volume 30, Issue 1 explores student partnerships and how student services can be more responsive to the needs of all students.

Topical research themes include: exploring how educational institutions can provide better support for students who have experienced bullying, culturally appropriate interventions and counselling services, efficient staff referral pathways, the student-driven design of support services, and international practitioners’ responses to COVID-19.

The open access issue is now available on the JANZSSA website.

JANZSSA will publish two further issues during 2023, including a Special Issue featuring papers from the 26th ANZSSA Conference. General submissions are currently open.
