The Buffalo Environmental Law Journal (BELJ) is now accepting submissions for Volume 30, Issue 1, to be published this winter.

BELJ welcomes submissions on a wide range of environmental law and policy topics including, but not limited to, climate change, biodiversity and natural resources conservation, land use, pollution, invasive species, sustainability, energy development, environmental justice, environmental rights, key federal statutes, and influential litigation. We are particularly interested in submissions that address environmental legal issues affecting the Great Lakes and northeastern United States.

BELJ publishes articles, essays, notes, comments, and book reviews by academics, legal practitioners, policymakers, and occasionally students. Manuscripts may be submitted through our Scholastica page (preferred method) or by email at law-belj@buffalo.edu. Publication offers are made on a rolling basis. Visit the For Authors tab on our Scholastica page for more information.

Any questions may be directed to Kristen Cascio, Editor-in-Chief, at law-belj@buffalo.edu.

Thanks for your interest in BELJ. We look forward to reading your submissions!
