I am pleased to announce that the Australian Constitutional Law Journal (ACLJ) is now calling for submissions to form the basis of our first edition. We are seeking scholarly articles, opinion pieces and case reviews.
Submissions on current issues, as well as legal history and comparative law are welcomed. All submissions are required to be referenced in accordance with the Australian Guide to Legal Citation (4th edition), which can be found on the University of Melbourne website.
The journal is peer-reviewed and open to Australian, as well as international, lawyers and academics.
