The Journal of International Law and Comparative Studies at Nova Shepard Broad College of Law is currently seeking submissions for our upcoming Fall issue. We welcome submissions that encompass any topic in the field of international and comparative law, so long as they are 15 pages or under.
For this issue, we will be looking for articles that center around human rights and/or technology as our theme for the year is "A New Age of Regulation: Balancing Personal Privacy and Human Rights in the Digital Era."
