About Me

The St. Thomas Journal of Complex Litigation focuses exclusively on complex litigation in a number of topics, including but not limited to: mass torts, class actions, multi-district litigations, electronic discovery, and civil procedure issues. Our mission is to publish relevant and thought-provoking articles to ensure that the Journal is known as a leading resource for legal practitioners and judges alike who frequently practice in this area of the law. The Journal is  published electronically via our website. Each article is edited and published by St. Thomas University law students; however, our faculty advisor, Professor Keith Rizzardi, plays an integral role in the selection of publishable articles.
