Ali Mojtahedi, Master Degree

international law, national security law, international investment law

About Me

I am a postgraduate student with a master's degree in international law from the National University of Iran. I have a genuine interest in following subject matters, which, one way or another, deal with national security and its affiliated sub-categories. For that, I try to deepen my understanding of how national security elements and considerations have shaped the fora of other branches of law, like international trade and investment law, human rights law and etc. I have recently drafted a paper titled "Immigration Management in the Age of AI: Preserving the Securitized Presumption or a Rethinking in the Policy?" I am trying my hardest to find a journal that would be interested in the paper. Also, I am preparing myself to outset my next paper, which would be about international and unilateral sanctions (trade embargos). It would be my pleasure to connect with people working on these topics.
