About Me

I received my Doctor of Engineering degree from Fukui University, Japan with a specialization in advanced electronic and optoelectronic material's hetero-structure design and development for device applications. Before that, I did my undergraduate and master’s degree in Applied Physics and electronics from RU, Bangladesh. Before Joining in University academic position I engaged in different jobs related to high-energy sensing and electronic engineering fields.Skills in thin film, GaN, Si, Semiconductor, MOCVD, RF sputtering, nano- and hetero-structures as well as surface and interface-related concepts for opto-electrical energy transformation. Device physics, NIR and higher energy (UV) band sensing active materials, related characterizations, scientific writing, impact journal publishing and teamwork with diverse technical and administrative personnel.

My research area is in engineering science or applied science, especially thin film semiconductor materials application for electronic and optoelectronics. Research topics include using functional materials for developing more versatile semiconducting materials to improve the performance of electronic, power, and optoelectronic devices. Materials science (nano and optoelectronics) for device physics is my main field of research. My subfield is electronics and optoelectronic semiconducting materials technologies. Conventional devices field effect and thermal effect trade-off avoidance purpose the low dimension interface quantum effect analysis is the key direction of the research. I have been working on solving several complex problems in materials physics, optoelectronics, applied physics, and materials engineering interface.   I am proficient in the nanomaterial’s structural, surface and optoelectrical characterizations (UV-VIS, XRD, SEM, PL, Raman and I-V, C-V), Hall Effect analysis I am proficient. I have experience using PVSyst for PV system planning and designing.  I am also working on diverse materials for advanced contact and active layer development for photo device applications.
