I am an Immigration Associate Attorney at Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP, located in Albany, NY. I have experience in both immigration and education law, and while the overarching concepts of my research has varied, they are all centered in child rights and how the United States can better serve the interests of its youth given that the US remains the only UN member state yet to ratify the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. All of my scholarship seeks to address issues in immigration and education law that directly overlaps with child rights.
