The NIU Law Review, print edition, is a student-edited journal that publishes articles intended to assist the legal community and to stimulate critical discussion of current legal, policy and social issues. Since 1980, the NIU Law Review publishes up to three print issues each year, not including any symposium issue(s), and is currently in production for Volume 44 Spring 2024. Past editions can be found on our website as well as most legal research databases including but not limited to Westlaw and Lexis.
The NIU Law Review Online has historically been a supplement to the print edition, highlighting the work of NIU College of Law students each semester, but it was recently rebranded and will now include content from both student and non-student authors. All past editions can be found on our website as well as in most legal research databases including but not limited to Westlaw and Lexis.
