Kinkino Kia Legide is a PhD candidate at Melbourne Law School. He holds LLB (with Distinction) in 2013 and LLM in 2017, both from Hawassa University School of Law. He was a VLIR-UOS scholar from 2018-2019 and also holds an Advanced Master of Science in Governance and Development (with sub specialization in 'Violent Conflict and State Reconstruction/transitional justice') from the Institute of Development Policy, University of Antwerp, Belgium in January 2020.
