Academic Interests

Currently I have two primary interests. One is a series of articles, culminating in a book, on the use of power by American presidents, bureaucrats, and judges in the field of fair housing.

Second is a book on constitutional evolution in Supreme Court civil rights and civil liberties decisions since 1900.
