I am currently a Research Fellow and Bills and Legislative Drafting Lawyer for the National Assembly's National Institute for Legislative Studies (NILS). I am a lecturer for the University of Benin/NILS Masters in Legislative Drafting programme. I was Formerly Lecturer-In-Law, Faculty of Law, University of Port Harcourt and Editor-In-Chief of the University of Port Harcourt Law Journal. I obtained a PhD in Law (Legislative Drafting), from the University of London (Institute of Advanced Legal Studies).
