Volume 63 of the William & Mary Law Review is now accepting submissions!

The William & Mary Law Review publishes six issues per year: October, November, February, March, April, and May. The Law Review publishes scholarship on a wide range of legal and public policy issues.

In addition to submitting a manuscript, the Law Review requires authors to submit a cover letter and resume. Useful information to include in the cover letter is a brief summary of the article, a total word count, and a word count not including the footnotes. The Law Review prefers articles between 15,000 and 30,000 words. Authors with shorter pieces are encouraged to submit separately to the William & Mary Law Review Online

The Notes section of the William & Mary Law Review is reserved for the journal's members. The Law Review does not consider submissions from other law students.
