The Tulane Law Review is now accepting submissions for publication in Volume 99!
We value publishing a balanced variety of articles and are happy to review manuscripts in any legal discipline. TLR will take special care this year in assessing articles related to civil rights, voting rights, education, individual liberties, and similar topics. However, all manuscripts will receive due review and consideration.
Scholastica submissions are strongly preferred. Citations should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (Columbia L. Rev. Ass'n et al. eds., 21st ed. 2020).
