Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law is a law review edited and published by students at the University of Tennessee College of Law. Transactions aims to publish articles that are both scholarly and practical, addressing issues of importance to those working in the field of business law in the Southeast and nation-wide.The review was established in 1998 and publishes two issues each year, containing scholarly articles, essays, and student notes.
