The Federal Circuit Bar Journal is currently accepting articles for publication in the upcoming December 2015 issue. As an affiliate of the Federal Circuit Bar Association, the journal publishes articles within the exclusive subject matter jurisdiction of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Article topics may include issues on patent and trade, intellectual property, international trade, veteran's claims, vaccine injury disputes, government contracts, and Native American tribal law.
