The University of Miami Race & Social Justice Law Review is now accepting submissions for publication in its Spring 2020 Symposium Issue.

This year’s Symposium topic focused on Defending and Promoting Civil Rights in a Time of Coronavirus.

Submissions should be in Times New Roman, no smaller than 12-point font, should utilize footnotes instead of endnotes, and should have numbered pages. All submissions must include (1) a brief abstract, (2) a copy of the manuscript, and (3) the author’s most recent résumé or C.V.

Text and footnotes should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (20th edition) and all grammar, style, and usage should conform The Redbook: A Manual on Legal Style (2d ed. 2006). Submissions will be reviewed throughout the summer on a rolling basis. All submissions for the Spring issue must be received by January 23, 2021. We will contact you with our decision when we have made one.
