The University
of Miami Race & Social Justice Law Review is now accepting
submissions for publication in its Fall 2019 Symposium Issue.
This year's Symposium topic will focus on the Pottinger Decree and other Homeless Protection Laws. Publication in this issue includes the opportunity to present your work at the Race & Social Justice Law Review Symposium on September 20th, 2019.
Submissions should be in Times New Roman, no smaller than 12-point font, should utilize footnotes instead of endnotes, and should have numbered pages. All submissions must include (1) a brief abstract, (2) a copy of the manuscript, and (3) the author’s most recent résumé or C.V.
Text
and footnotes should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of
Citation (18th edition) and all grammar, style, and usage should
conform The Redbook: A Manual on Legal Style (2d ed.
2006). Submissions will be reviewed throughout the summer on a rolling
basis. All submissions for the Fall issue must be received
by July 30th, 2019. We will contact
you with our decision when we have made one.
