I am pleased to announce that the Southern California Law Review is now accepting submissions for Volume 97.

Submissions via Scholastica are highly preferred, and along with your manuscript, please submit a CV and cover letter. SCLR reviews submissions on a rolling basis.

Given the amount of manuscripts we receive, Scholastica provides the most efficient method of reviewing articles. However, SCLR understands that the required fee to submit articles via Scholastica causes a financial burden for some authors. If this presents a hardship for you, please submit your manuscript, CV, and cover letter directly to Niki Patel at sclr.articles@lawmail.usc.edu, along with an explanation of the financial circumstances that prevent you from submitting via Scholastica.

SCLR thanks you in advance for your interest in our journal, and we look forward to reviewing your work.

Sincerely,

Niki Patel, Executive Articles Editor
