The South Carolina Law Review is now accepting articles for Vol. 71's Fourth Circuit Survey.  In the past, our journal has selected pieces such as case comments on Fourth Circuit decisions, short articles on Fourth Circuit practice, and other topics of particular interest to the Fourth Circuit’s legal community.  We will consider completeness, timeliness, originality, and clarity when we make our publication decisions.

As for submission criteria, we ask for pieces that appear in their final form and comply with the requirements of The Bluebook (20th ed. 2015) and the Texas Law Review’s Manual on Usage & Style (14th ed. 2017).  The desired length is a minimum of five, but no more than twenty, law review pages.  Finally, all manuscript submissions should be accompanied by a cover letter and C.V., submitted no later than January 5, 2020.  Please email submissions as a Microsoft Word attachment to 4thCircuit@sclawreview.org.

Should you have questions or require any additional information, please feel free to contact Volume 71’s Fourth Circuit Editor, Davis Banks, by email at 4thCircuit@sclawreview.org.

Thanks,
