The Journal of Social Policy & the Law at the University of Virginia is still accepting submissions for its symposium issue on U.S. drug policy, to be published in spring of 2020. The symposium will take place January 30-31, 2020, and selected authors will be invited to attend and present their work.
We encourage a wide range of submissions addressing issues from the legalization of marijuana to the effects of overcriminalization or legal issues related to the opioid epidemic.
We ask that articles not exceed forty single-spaced pages and adhere to Bluebook citation standards.
