The Journal of Legislation at Notre Dame Law School is currently seeking submissions to complete our Volume 46, both our Fall and Spring issues. The Journal of Legislation is a law review focused primarily on the analysis of existing legislation, proposals for new legislation or legislative reform, and promoting social interests through such scholarship. Interested authors of articles in this area may submit through Scholastica.
