Do you have an idea for an article everyone should read? Maybe this is the time to write it! The Minnesota Journal of Law & Inequality is now accepting submissions for its 2021-2022 Volume 40.
We welcome articles by lawyers, law students, and non-lawyers—including non-law-focused academics, activists, community organizers, and more.
Our goal is to broaden and deepen our collective understanding of the law’s intersection with inequality, so articles on a wide variety of topics are welcome. Some of our past articles have covered topics like age, disability, gender identity, healthcare, immigration, poverty, race, sex, and more!
We also welcome many forms and publish articles that are social, empirical, doctrinal, experiential, literary, or community-based.
