Law & Inequality: A Journal of Theory and Practice is now accepting submissions for its 2019-2020 issue, volume 38.
We publish articles by lawyers and non-lawyers in order to provide the intellectual insight and practical depth necessary for a true understanding of inequality. Articles focus on race, poverty, sexual orientation, gender, age, disability, immigration, and other unique issues of inequality. Journal articles can be social, empirical, doctrinal, experiential, literary, or community-based.
