LAST CALL for submissions to the University of Miami Business Law Review's Volume 33, Issue III. Submissions should be between 25-40 pages in length and formatted in Bluebook style (21st ed.). We welcome papers that address significant developments and emerging trends in legal issues related to any aspect of business law.
All submissions will receive a response within 24 hours, and any offers extended will expire by Thursday, January 30th.
