The Indiana Health Law Review is currently accepting submissions for Volume XVI, issues 1 and 2. The Indiana Health Law Review focuses on health care law and policy and provides informative articles on important health law topics and issues.This specialty journal was established by IU McKinney School of Law in 2003. The Journal covers bioethics, malpractice liability, managed care, antitrust, health care organizations, medical-legal research, legal medicine, food and drug, and other current health-related topics.
The Law Review complements the school’s existing health law program, which is consistently recognized as one of the top 10 programs in the nation. It benefits from the expertise of the William S. and Christine S. Hall Center for Law and Health.
