Howard Human & Civil Rights Law Review [“HCR”] publishes one annual monographic Volume with articles related to human rights, civil rights, and international law. The Editorial Board of HCR invites scholars and practitioners to submit articles for the 2016 Volume.
The 2016 Volume focuses on:
“Asserting Human Rights Claims in Domestic Forums”
We invite articles that address this 2016 topic from a variety of perspectives, whether theoretical or that study past or potential human rights issues. Submissions are welcome from May 2015 through January 2016 for publication in the 2016 Volume.
