The Hofstra Law Review is currently accepting submissions for our Fall 2025 Symposium, "More Access, Less Protection: How the Digital Age Threatens Every Facet of Data Privacy."

Submissions addressing any area of data privacy law will be considered for publication in Issue 1 of Hofstra Law Review's 54th Volume. Some topics of interest might include (but are not limited to) individual privacy, the GDPR, national security, presidential actions, corporate compliance, AI, evidentiary issues, and/or cybersecurity.

If your article is selected for publication in our Symposium Issue, we would be honored to invite you to participate as a panelist at our event in the Fall, accompanied by a wide array of legal scholars and experts on data privacy.

To send your submission directly to us, please email lawreview@hofstra.edu with a copy of your CV and manuscript.

We look forward to reading your work.
