SYMPOSIUM 2018
The Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law seeks submissions for its 2018 Symposium Issue, Shaping American Nationalism: An Examination of Immigration Law, Sexuality, and Gender. The Symposium will focus on topics such as asylum law, detention, citizenship and parentage, and reproductive rights. However, all articles on the intersections of immigration law, gender, race, and sexuality will be considered.
Authors of accepted submissions will be invited to present at the Symposium, to be held in early November 2018.
