The Fordham Law Voting Rights and Democracy Forum is currently accepting submissions for Volume 1, Issue No. 3, which will be published in the 2023 spring academic semester.

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit any manuscripts on voting rights and democracy-related issues—including, but not limited to, legal, policy, and administrative issues concerning democratic institutions, presidential succession, election reform and administration, gerrymandering, and ballot access, as well as how these areas intersect with racial and gender justice, and issues of social equity more generally.

Prospective authors should submit a draft by Monday, March 27, at 11:59 PM EST. For guidance, the Forum accepts article (10,000 words or less, including footnotes) and essay (3,000 words or less, including footnotes) submissions from scholars, practitioners, and students. Manuscripts can be submitted via Scholastica or via email to democracyforum.eic@law.fordham.edu. The author should include a current C.V. (or resume) with their submission. General submission guidelines may be located on our website and our Scholastica webpage.

Hello.

I recently submitted a piece to your law review called "Donald Trump Presents: Alternative Facts - I Won, Dammit!" It takes a seriocomic look at Trumps futile attempts to overturn the 2020 election, along with the constitutional implications therein. I hope you like it.

Best regards,
