The Florida State University Law Review is currently accepting submissions for Volume 52! Our Law Review publishes articles discussing a wide array of legal topics.
We welcome submissions of various formats, including essays and articles. Citations are required to conform to the 21st edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. All articles selected this cycle will appear in print throughout the 2024-2025 academic year. Our membership will review all submissions. Due to the large volume of submissions, a decision may take several weeks. We review submissions until the volume is full.
