The Journal of Law and Health at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law is seeking articles for their Fall 2022 publication.
The Journal of Law and Health is a traditional yet innovative periodical. Articles are drawn from all disciplines that offer a perspective on the legal aspects of health sciences and innovation. This pan-disciplinary format allows flexibility in both the type and length of articles published. While retaining a scholarly format, the Journal encourages publication of the innovative idea, bold statements, and unique points of view.
For this Fall Publication, the Journal is hoping to publish articles that touch on innovation or new and emerging trends in health law or technology.
