Lewis & Clark Law Review is publishing an Immigration Symposium issue in Volume 22, Issue 2. We are still soliciting submissions for this issue. The topic is broad, and can include immigration issues such as immigration litigation, Trump's Executive Orders, remedial powers of the court, the plenary power doctrine, and the effects of immigration bans.
