The Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy is interested in hosting speakers on the afternoon of Friday, April 7 who have written or are currently writing articles concerning the legal and constitutional issues implicating K-12 education.  This could include commentary on the regulation of school curricula on race or gender/sexuality, or any other subjects the author finds worthwhile (the topic is meant to be broad).

An invitation to speak at our event accompanies an offer of publication for your work in Volume 19 of the DJCLPP.

We are hosting the event in person at Duke Law School and can accommodate travel and board expenses, but will also host speakers via Zoom at the speaker's convenience.

Please send submissions of either abstracts (if your work is in progress), or your completed article, along with a copy of your CV to james.walraven@duke.edu.  If you have already submitted an article on the subject through Scholastica, please send the materials through email to indicate your interest in attending the speaking event.
