The Cumberland Law Review Acquisitions Committee welcomes articles on any topic related to the above mentioned issues. Please submit the title of the article, an abstract, and CV to CLR-articles@samford.edu no later than Monday, June 15, 2020. Decisions about publication will be sent by Monday, June 22, 2020 and a full draft of the article will be needed by Monday, August 17, 2020.

Papers should be formatted pursuant to academic literature standards. The Bluebook citation method should be utilized for footnote text.
