Emily - that link goes to the Issue Spotter - which looks like an online blog of law and policy issues - and the submission information includes information on hyperlinks in the text and in-text citations. Is the JLPP accepting traditional articles for the law review format (print or online) or just submissions for The Issue Spotter blog?

Hi Eric, The link does go to the issue spotter website, but the page that it lands on contains information for electronic and mailed submissions to the traditional journal toward the top of the page, then gets into instructions for issue spotter submissions a little further down. This post is specifically about accepting traditional article submissions for the print/online Volume 33 issues.

Emilie--I submitted an article on February 15 of this year. Should I resubmit or will my prior submission be considered? Thanks so much--Charlie
