Addressing Modern Challenges in Healthcare
The Journal of Law and Health invites submissions for its upcoming issue, focusing on contemporary issues and emerging trends in health law. We encourage scholars, practitioners, and students to contribute original research, critical analyses, and thought-provoking commentary that address the legal, ethical, and policy dimensions of health care.
Topics of Interest: We welcome papers on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:
- Public health law and policy
- Health care access and equity
- Medical malpractice and liability
- Regulation of pharmaceuticals and medical devices
- Privacy and data protection in health care
- Telemedicine and digital health technologies
- Health law and health disparities
- Legal aspects of mental health care
- Global health law issues
Important Dates:
Submission Deadline: Friday October 18th, 2024
Acceptance Deadline: Friday November 1st, 2024
Submission Guidelines:
Full papers should be between 5,000 and 30,000 words, including references, and formatted according to The Bluebook (21st Ed.). (Authors who do not publish primarily in law journals may use alternative reference formatting that our editors will convert to Bluebook upon submission.)
