The Catholic University Journal of Law and Technology is accepting submissions for the Spring issue of Volume 26.1 and the Fall issue of Volume 26.2. Articles published in JLT typically consist of lengthy explanations and criticisms of an area of the law while essays and briefs tend to be much shorter and discuss or seek to initiate a discussion in an area of communications lawinformation privacy law, or intellectual property law.

If you have written a manuscript about a topic of current interest in the field of technology and law or policy, we invite you to submit your writing to JLT through the Scholastica submission platform. We are seeking manuscripts of an appropriate length (20-40 pages) that conform to the writing guideline as outlined in The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (Columbia Law Review Ass'n et al. eds., 20th ed. 2015). Submissions should conform as much as possible with this style guide.

We welcome you to submit today and receive a publishing decision within 48 hours!
