The Transportation Law Journal (TLJ) is now accepting article submissions for Volume 49 (Fall 2024 - Spring 2025).

Published biannually by the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, since 1969, the Transportation Law Journal is a distinguished and unique publication in the United States, solely dedicated to exploring a comprehensive array of issues within the field of transportation law. To maintain the scope of the TLJ and encourage scholarly debate, we invite you to submit articles related to transportation issues for publication. 

Policies for Submission of Articles:

We prefer to receive submissions through Scholastica. However, articles submitted by email to Articles Editor, Fernando Porras(fporras25@law.du.edu) will also be accepted.

All articles must be submitted in Microsoft Word format as an 8½” x 11”, double-spaced document. For each author, please also attach an up-to-date CV.
