Four weeks until Submissions close for the Fall Issue of the Yale Journal of Law & the Humanities (YJLH), Vol. 33!

Since its inception in 1989, the Yale Journal of Law & the Humanities (YJLH) has been a premier forum for examining the intersection of law and the liberal arts.

For Vol. 33, everything received by May 20th, 2021, 5pm ET will be considered for our Fall issue. Submissions to YJLH are reviewed by graduate students at Yale Law School and across the university in collaboration with our Editorial Advisory Board. Submissions can be made on Scholastica, or directly at yjlh@yale.edu.

In addition, we are pleased to announce a special third, Symposium issue for 2021-2022 inspired by Claire Priest's Credit Nation: Property Laws and Institutions in Early America. The deadline for articles will be in the early summer (date TBA), and submissions will be subject to peer review. All authors accepted for the special issue will be invited to attend the Symposium via Zoom, which is currently scheduled for September 17 or 24, 2022.

For questions, comments, or submissions, we look forward to hearing from you at yjlh@yale.edu.
