The University of Puerto Rico Business Law Journal is currently accepting submissions for our next publication set for 2022. Our journal focuses on business law and is currently open to receive articles on security interests, insurance law, commercial contracts, bankruptcy, arbitration, corporate law or other commercial law topic. Ideal submissions will be full papers 3,000 words or more, we will also accept practitioners’ notes.
