The University of California College of the Law San Francisco's Journal of Race and Economic Justice (UC Law SF JREJ) is accepting submissions for our upcoming volume to be published in Fall 2025 and Spring 2026.
JREJ asks our writers, readers, and peers to write honestly and courageously about
what is happening in the world and to help build an understanding of legal systems
rooted in the reality of those directly impacted by these legal systems. Most importantly, we ask our writers, readers, and peers to dream
up new and bolder strategies for social justice legal practice, and to practice
them together. It is our hope that the legal theories addressed in our journal will prove useful in remedying the structural inequalities facing our communities.
If this resonates with you, we'd like to to review your manuscript! We've published academics and practitioners alike and welcome submissions from most academic disciplines as long as there is a nexus with the law/ legal field.
