Hello Authors!
Maryland’s premier journal of legal scholarship, the University of
Baltimore Law Forum, invites the submission of unsolicited
manuscripts for its Spring 2024 issue of Volume 54. Submissions may include
previously unpublished articles, essays, case notes, or comments concerning any
aspect of Maryland law or legal issues impacting the State of Maryland.
The University of Baltimore Law Forum intends to publish “Articles” typically around 20-25 pages and long-form “Essays” ranging between 8-12 pages, but submissions of all kinds are welcome and encouraged. For our Spring publication, we review abstract submissions on a rolling basis.
All electronic submissions may be submitted through Scholastica or directly to ublawforum@ubalt.edu.
Submissions should include the following:
1. An abstract of the Article or Essay.
2. Current curriculum vitae with author contact information.
3. If available, a manuscript containing proper footnotes that comply with the standards set forth in The Bluebook (21st Edition).
