CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS

The Review of Litigation is seeking submissions of articles, comments, or reviews relating to “Evidence in the Modern Age” for publication on The Brief, The Review’s new online publication.

Topic: The Brief will launch with a variety of content types all touching on “Evidence in the Modern Age.”  This might include how the Rules of Evidence apply to things such as social media, search histories, cell phone records, or include other analysis on evidence topics.

Length: The Review seeks articles ranging from 5–20 pages. In particular we are seeking concise, well-written, and timely pieces that will be helpful to practitioners throughout the county.

Deadline: The issue will likely be posted on our website sometime in February. The Review will accept submissions on a rolling basis until the issue is “full.”

Submissions Method: Submissions will be accepted through either The Review of Litigation's Scholastica page or by email to trolonlinesubmissions@gmail.com.

Review Period: We try to respond to submissions within three weeks of receiving them. Each submission will be subjected to a rigorous and thorough review and preemption check. Therefore, a response may be delayed.

If an article has been accepted by another journal please request expedited review by emailing us at trolonlinesubmissions@gmail.com. Please provide your name, the name of your article, and the name of the journal that has offered you publication, and we will attempt to comply with your request as soon as possible.
