The Notre Dame Law School's Journal of International & Comparative Law is currently accepting submissions for potential publication in Volume 7’s Fall 2016 and Spring 2017 issues. The Journal of International & Comparative Law provides a forum for discussion of international, comparative, and human rights law.

The Journal of International & Comparative Law respectfully requests that authors please use footnotes and editing practices as outlined in the submission guidelines, which are available under the For Authors section of the Journal’s profile. All footnotes should conform to the 20th edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.

The Journal of International & Comparative Law accepts articles and abstracts for consideration from practitioners, clerks, and law school faculty members.
