The Board of the Texas A&M Journal of Property Law is seeking articles, essays, book reviews, notes, and comments for the Eleventh Volume of the publication to be released in 2024–2025. The Board invites scholarship that advances both practical and theoretical approaches to Property Law.

We hope to use Volume 11 of the Journal of Property Law to explore boundary-pushing questions in all areas of Property, including chattels, real property, oil and gas, natural resources, and intellectual property as well as other nascent areas of Property Law like personal data and bodily autonomy.

We are particularly interested in works that contemplate Property’s intersection with artificial intelligence, civil rights, climate change, or other prescient issues at the forefront of the public consciousness. This list is by no means exhaustive. If your article advances the field of Property scholarship, our editors will give it full consideration for publication on its merits.

Please accept this call as our invitation to submit your manuscripts. We will evaluate submissions on a rolling basis and can accommodate any need for expedited review.

Though our initial goal is to accept enough articles to fill two issues, the Journal is willing to publish additional issues as opportunity permits. If you have any questions, please contact our managing editor, Michael Cooper, at managingeditorjpl@gmail.com.

We will continue to review submissions through January 20, 2025.

Thank you and we look forward to your submissions,

The Boards of Editors of the Texas A&M Journal of Property Law
