Suffolk University Law School's Journal of High Technology Law is currently accepting submissions for the Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 issue of Volume XXIII. The Journal welcomes all submissions that are at the crossroads of law and technological innovation. The Journal wishes to enrich academia with unique perspectives that technology has impacted and how it would affect society as a whole or specific sectors. The Journal wishes to publish articles from legal scholars, attorneys, judges, and or faulty. Preference may be given to authors who readily have their sources available to distribute.
All manuscripts should be typewritten in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF. The Journal of High Technology requires conformity with The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citations.
